The Church Lads' Brigade is part of a long serving history at St.Michael's. This company is a part of the Avalon Battalion East, along with Five other parish companies in and around the Eastern Avalon Region.

The company was formed in 1952 and has had a continual record of service. It remains as one of the oldest companies in Newfoundland and Labrador.
